I am a commercial lawyer, specialising in complex technology, business process outsourcing and strategic partnership contracts. My most recent practice is focussed on technology transformation projects in high risk, high value and high profile bid submissions, where I lead on the drafting and negotiation of multi-million pound contracts.
I advise clients mostly in the public sector (including central government bodies, arm’s length bodies and within local government and across all of the healthcare, housing, transport and infrastructure sectors). Having recently joined Bevan Brittan from a big four accountancy partnership (where I led the technology and transformation government and public sector service team), I also have a strong background in advising private sector suppliers operating in the sector.
