I am a healthcare lawyer practising in a variety of different areas. These include clinical negligence claims, inquests, regulatory matters and Court of Protection matters.
I am also active in public law litigation and children’s law. As part of my children’s law practice, I have advised and acted in cases concerning special educational needs and disability law.
I have experience of complex forced marriage cases and have also advised on various medico-legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I trained at a defendant healthcare law firm. I have also had experience of working for claimants in civil proceedings which provides valuable insight when defending claims.
