I am a New Zealand qualified solicitor in the Construction Disputes team.
I have experience assisting clients on disputes ranging from small matters resolved through alternative dispute resolution to large scale disputes in the Courts. This includes disputes relating to payment, defects, delay, compensation events and the like. I have advised across a number of contracts including standard form JCT and NEC contracts, as well as PFI agreements and bespoke contracts.
I have experience acting for both public and private sector clients including NHS-owned bodies, local authorities, government departments as well as building contractors, and consultants including architects, and engineers.
