I am an employment lawyer, primarily advising NHS Trusts and health and social care organisations, on all aspects of employment law and HR issues.
I have successfully defended clients in the Employment Tribunal in respect of claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
I also provide advice to clients on a wide range of non-contentious matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, contract and policy review, settlement agreements and supporting independent investigations.
