I am a solicitor in the Employment, Pensions & Immigration department advising employers across a number of the firm’s market areas with a particular emphasis on Healthcare. I have experience of dealing with a broad range of Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, victimisation and whistleblowing.
In addition to Employment Tribunal claims, I also provide advice to employers on a wide range of non-contentious employment and HR issues such as settlement agreements, performance management and policy reviews.
