I am a litigation and regulatory lawyer specialising in administrative and public law. I have over 10 years of experience advising clients from both the public and private sector on a range of public law issues including complex judicial review and regulatory challenges, public inquiries, inquests, defensible decision making, statutory interpretation and regulatory compliance. I have been involved in some of the most significant public law challenges and public inquiries of the last decade. Having advised both large multinational companies and public bodies (including central government departments) on public law issues, I am adept at providing expert and strategic advice in a wide range of scenarios.
I also regularly act for clients in other litigious matters including procurement disputes, human rights claims (particularly Article 1 Protocol 1 claims) and commercial disputes.
I am recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading public law associate.
