‘Place’ is set to become a central factor in the reform of health and care. Earlier this year, the Department for Health and Social Care published proposals for a Health and Care Bill that included a clearly stated goal for joined-up working, underpinned by ‘place leadership’ and a firm move towards collaboration.

As new arrangements develop, it is an important time for councils to refocus, show their value, and help set the local agenda. Integration has been long talked about but what ‘partnership’ between local government and the NHS means have never been clearly resolved. Now is the time to address that.

Bevan Brittan and Mutual Ventures are delighted to offer this free webinar for local government leaders to think through the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We will be joined by speakers who will discuss their own experiences of integrated care.

    The webinar will cover:

    • What we know about the proposals for integrated care and the role of ‘place’
    • What ‘place leadership’ means in practice
    • Options for partnership between local government and the NHS

Throughout the session there will be the opportunity to ask our panel questions.

NB: Bevan Brittan and Mutual Ventures have been working in partnership for a number of years, providing a blend of business, commercial and legal support to NHS and independent providers seeking to find their place in the new health and care system.

Please note that registration for each webinar will close when the webinar starts, so please do ensure you have booked your place in advance to guarantee your attendance.

Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed. Our clients get priority over non clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation so please liaise with your team and decide who will represent your organisation before registering.
