• I am an employment lawyer, primarily advising NHS Trusts and independent health and social care organisations, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. I also have previous experience advising a wide range of public sector organisations. 
     
    I manage and advise on all stages of Employment Tribunal claims including claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract. 
     
    My non-contentious experience includes reviewing policies and procedures and contracts of employment, advising clients on organisational change, TUPE and employment issues in transactions, termination of employment, COT3s and settlement agreements. I also regularly support clients with grievance and disciplinary processes and independent investigations.
