I am a solicitor within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team, working across a number of the firm’s key market areas with a particular emphasis on Higher Education.
I specialise in employment litigation and have experience advising on a wide variety of contentious employment issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and payment disputes.
Alongside my contentious work, I have experience of assisting employers and employees in exit packages and in relation to preparing settlement agreements.
