• I am a commercial lawyer, specialising in technology and healthcare matters.

Having been the head of legal for a leading health-tech business for over a decade I have extensive experience working with the full spectrum of the UK’s healthcare ecosystem as well as international matters, advising on a broad range of technology and service matters, including SaaS, cloud, interoperability, data analytics and complex service management issues. I have worked closely with the NHS and the Department of Health, NHS trusts, foundation trusts, community pharmacies, life science companies and independent healthcare providers. I have a genuine passion for the role that technology has in improving modern healthcare.

I have worked extensively on complex information governance matters and acted as DPO for many years providing direct practical experience. I have a particular interest in risk, governance and compliance matters and in advising clients on a broad range of risk management and mitigation approaches.

I have broad experience advising on the commercial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, both as external counsel and in-house and have led on several business integration projects.

I am used to working closely with senior executive teams, providing commercially astute and pragmatic advice.
