• I am an employment solicitor experienced in advising clients across the NHS, local government, and wider public and independent sectors. I am also experienced in advising organisations and individuals across the Financial Services sectors in respect of organisational restructures and senior exits involving the drafting and negotiating of settlement agreements. My work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, with expertise in advising on high profile and highly sensitive complex Employment Tribunal litigation involving discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims.

I regularly support clients with day-to-day employment law issues including disciplinary processes, grievances, drafting of bespoke policies and guidance, delivering training on key legal developments (in person and/or online). My approach is pragmatic and commercially focused, helping clients effectively mitigate legal risk while maintaining effective employee relations.

With a strong understanding of the regulatory and reputational pressures facing public service providers, I aim to deliver clear, practical advice that enables confident and compliant decision-making. I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and solution-oriented, and I work closely with clients to resolve sensitive issues efficiently and constructively.
