Laura Elliott-Carter

• I am an employment lawyer and have experience of representing both private and public sector clients, including NHS Trusts, banks and insurers. I advise on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, and I have recently worked in-house at an international insurance company. 

  I have experience of defending employment tribunal litigation for clients, against a range of claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. 

  I support clients with employee relations and day-to-day HR issues, as well as providing advice on internal investigations and HR processes. I also have extensive experience of advising on employee exits, settlement agreements, redundancies and organisational change situations. 

  I aim to provide sound and pragmatic commercial advice to businesses and clients.
