I am a Solicitor in the Employment, Pensions & Immigration team, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters across a range of the firm's key sectors.
I advise on a broad range of employment law and HR matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance and absence management, contractual issues and workplace policies. I regularly draft and review employment contracts, policies, handbooks and other employment documentation, providing practical solutions that support clients' workplace objectives. I also assist clients with employment disputes, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, and support them throughout the Employment Tribunal process.
I am an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association, regularly engaging with developments and emerging issues across the employment law landscape.
