Multi-disciplinary legal team innovate on contracts and PFI agreements to help local authority complete unique deal
I am a commercial lawyer specialising in IP and ICT projects and contracts. Having originally started my career as an in-house lawyer within the utilities sector and subsequently undertaking a number of in-house secondment roles (including nine months with the Welsh Government), I have a keen understanding of the internal governance issues and drivers which surround major projects. This helps me provide pragmatic and commercially focussed advice to meet clients’ objectives.
Publications
I have written several articles including:
New investment in Smart Cities and Places
Seminars
I am often called on to run sessions on data protection, ICT contracts and procurement law matters at client sites. Recently, I talked at the Housing Association of Wales Annual Event on the subject of data protection.
