News and current affairs for those working within Higher Education Institutions
I am a senior lawyer specialising in commercial litigation with over 10 years’ experience. I act on a broad range of commercial disputes for claimants and defendants including breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, defamation, harassment bringing and responding to applications for injunctive relief and general commercial debt claims.
I have significant experience working across all sectors including IT and telecoms, energy and natural resources, financial services, healthcare and local and central government. My clients are from a variety of sectors, but include local authorities, government bodies, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, financial institutions and private companies.
I have substantial experience of various dispute resolution processes including settlement procedures and I have worked on disputes in the English High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Many of my cases are complex and high value and I have experience of disputes involving different jurisdictions within the European Union. I aim to help clients reach their goals in a pragmatic and commercial manner.
