I am a specialist employment lawyer with over 17 years’ experience of advising employers in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and internal employee relations matters.
I have particular expertise in advising healthcare organisations on complex discrimination and whistleblowing Employment Tribunal claims aswell as internal disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness and organisational change processes and negotiating senior exits. I offer a unique understanding of the challenges facing healthcare organisations having worked in-house at Legal and Risk services NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership for 9 years. I have particular experience of supporting and advising on the implementation of doctors’ disciplinary processes. I also provide advice and training to HR teams on HR/employment law issues.
