I am a pensions lawyer and I work with a broad range of clients including trustees, local government, NHS Trusts, and private sector companies.
I assist on a variety of matters including in relation to scheme closures, auto-enrolment, outsourcing and procurement, share and asset sale and purchases, as well as providing general corporate support on pensions matters.
I also provide a wide range of pensions advice and support in relation to private and public sector schemes including in relation to the public sector, the NHS Pension Scheme, the Local Government Pension Scheme, the Teachers’ Pension Schemes and Civil Service Pension Schemes, among others. I also provide support and advice in relation to contentious matters including dealing with the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pensions Regulator.
