• I specialise in commercial litigation, working with a range of clients on different civil disputes. I assist our clients through the litigation process with a clear and informed strategy, so that the disputes are managed in a cost-effectively. 

    I advise on disputes through the procedural timetable to Trial, including disclosure, gathering evidence, managing witnesses and experts, undertaking advocacy for case management and interim Application hearings, costs budgeting, and ADR including Mediation.  In addition, I have managed several Group Actions.

    • Advising on contractual disputes across different sectors
    • Advising Higher Education Provider regarding admission criteria for its teacher training programme including a claim for breach of equalities duties regarding the conditions of offer.
    • Advising on disputes regarding breach of statutory duty to fund supported housing.
    • Negotiating settlements, at Round Table Meetings and Mediation, and drafting Settlement Agreements
