• I am the Head of our Corporate Team and represent a broad range of clients including sellers and purchasers of shares and assets, banks, management teams and investment funds. My experience includes mergers and acquisitions, sales of assets, joint ventures, investments and group restructurings/re-organisations, including within the charity sector. I also advise on company and charity law compliance issues and regularly work as part of larger cross-disciplinary teams for infrastructure and regeneration projects, with experience of both domestic and cross-border transactions.

I advise on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures within the urban regeneration, education, health and social housing sectors, mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses and assets, group restructurings and fund investments. I also advise on corporate governance and directors' duties issues.

I have worked predominantly with Chis Harper over the last five years. He has been exceptional in understanding a project/programme, the complexities involved and drawing together the right expertise to serve client’s needs. Chris is an excellent communicator with the ability to forge excellent client relationships.
