I am an employment lawyer and I have experience of advising a wide range of clients including NHS organisations, independent health and social care organisations, and private sector companies including in the financial services and tech industries.
I regularly act for clients in Employment Tribunal litigation, including defending unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. I have experience of defending group litigation, and working as part of a larger litigation team on complex litigation matters.
My non-contentious work involves advising clients on a range of employment law issues such as redundancy and organisational change, complex employee relations issues, termination of employment and executive severance agreements. I also support independent investigations including relating to grievances, misconduct and culture reviews.
