I am a procurement lawyer providing advice on commercial and contract issues on waste and energy projects in the UK. I advise both the public and private sectors on energy and resource management projects in the UK. I specialise in advising local authorities on procurement, vires, contractual and commercial matters. I have worked in-house in the contract/procurement team of a unitary authority, giving a direct insight into the legal and commercial needs of local authority clients.
