I am a property litigation solicitor. I advise and act for clients on contentious and non-contentious property related issues arising from landlord and tenant law and contractual disputes connected to property.
My experience includes advising commercial landlords and tenants on business tenancy renewals, break notices, forfeiture, interpretation of lease covenants, rent review and service charge disputes. For landowners, I am experienced in advising on aspects including adverse possession, easements, options agreements, and restrictive covenants.
My focus is on providing commercial yet constructive advice, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, round table meetings and expert determinations.
Outside of practice I am a freelance law lecturer and an accredited mediator.
