Bevan Brittan Enjoys More Success With Yorkshire Legal Awards Win

National law firm Bevan Brittan is celebrating after its Leeds office won the ‘Litigation and Dispute Resolution’ prize at the Yorkshire Legal Awards last night (October 6^th).

Held at New Dock Hall in Leeds, the event recognises and celebrates the achievements of the local legal community. Bevan Brittan was described by judges as “a stand-out performer” in the area of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with its submission ticking “every box”. The team were also praised for their charity work.

As well as winning an award, Bevan Brittan was proud to be shortlisted for three other prizes – Firm of the Year (Large), Commercial Property and Diversity & Inclusion.

News of the win has come shortly after the release of the latest Legal 500 rankings. Bevan Brittan’s Leeds office retained its top tier rankings for Health, Local Government and Social Housing, while Michael Boyd, Julie Cowan-Clark and Richard Stirk were all ranked as “Leading Individuals”. David Kitson was also listed as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ and Charles Stent as a ‘Rising Star’.
