• I am a property litigation lawyer specialising in resolving a broad range of contentious real estate matters for both public and private sector clients. My experience spans complex leasehold and service charge disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession proceedings, boundary and rights of way issues, and contentious lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

I regularly act for NHS Trusts, local authorities, housing associations, landlords, and developers, advising on disputes that often involve significant operational, financial, or reputational considerations. I take a strategic and pragmatic approach to resolving matters, focusing on delivering cost-effective outcomes and reducing the risk of future disputes.

My practice includes advising on statutory consultation under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, recovery of rent and service charge arrears, enforcement of lease covenants, and complex title and boundary issues. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate the intersection between property management, regulation, and litigation, especially within the healthcare and public sectors.

I am known for providing clear, practical and commercially-focused advice, and for my ability to manage sensitive disputes with professionalism and tact. I work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s property and regulatory teams to provide clients with joined-up, strategic advice that supports their wider estate objectives.
