Aspects of the planning regime that will apply to heat networks delivered in zones
I am an energy lawyer specialising in district energy, with a particular focus on heat network regulatory law. I act throughout the district energy lifecycle from conception to procurement, delivery, and disposal.
My clients are from the public sector (e.g. central government, local authorities, NHS, registered providers) and private sector (ESCOs, developers, funders, contractors).
Before qualifying as a solicitor, I had a twenty-year career as a management consultant which, combined with my MBA, means that I bring extensive commercial experience to my legal practice.
