This includes providing advice in relation to right to work, sponsor compliance issues and assessing employees eligibility for sponsorship. My clients include the local authorities, NHS trusts, private healthcare providers and commercial clients. I also previous have experience in advising clients within the education sector and clients within the sporting sector in relation to sports visas for the players of their teams.
