Leading commercial law firm Bevan Brittan has been featured in The Times Best Law Firms 2025 guide for the seventh year running.
The national firm has been commended for its Administrative & Public Law, Clinical Negligence, and Landlord & Tenant expertise.
This recognition follows the widespread success Bevan Brittan recently achieved in two leading legal directories, including top-tier rankings in the three practice areas highlighted by The Times.
Last month, Bevan Brittan was ranked Band 1 UK-wide in the Chambers guide for its Administrative & Public Law and Clinical Negligence: Mainly Defendant practices. Legal 500 also listed Bevan Brittan as a top-tier firm for Clinical Negligence: Defendant work in the South West and the West Midlands. Additionally, Health & Care Resolution Partner Joanne Easterbrook was included in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame and secured a Band 1 ranking from Chambers.
In the Social Housing market Bevan Brittan earned top tier rankings from both Chambers UK and Legal 500 in two regions, along with a new top ranking in Chambers for Real Estate: £10-50 million in London.
The exceptional work of several of its leading experts also received recognition. Social Housing Partners Richard Stirk, Julie Cowan-Clark and Louise Leaver were ranked Band 1 by Chambers UK. Louise Leaver was also included in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame. Further notable success includes Louise Robling (Construction) receiving a Band 1 ranking in Chambers and being named a Leading Partner by Legal 500, along with Ian Caplan (Commercial Property: Development), Jonathan Turner (Construction), and Steve Eccles and James Teagle (Property Litigation).
Commenting on this latest accolade, Duncan Weir, Managing Partner at Bevan Brittan, said: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised by The Times for the seventh year running. This achievement, together with our excellent recent results in Chambers and Legal 500, builds on the decade of strategic, consistent and sustainable growth that we have achieved.”

Our exceptional teams will play a vital role as we look to the future and aim to develop our offering even further.”
