I joined Bevan Brittan's Medical Law team as a solicitor in 2017. I work primarily representing NHS Trusts at inquests and NHS CCGs in the Court of Protection (Health and Welfare). I also provide medical law, regulatory, commissioner and human rights advice to a broad range of healthcare clients on a day-to-day basis. I am a junior member of the team with a keen interest in developing my practice in mental health: treatment, law and tribunals; prison inquests; and serious medical treatment cases. Prior to qualification I gained experience supporting people seeking asylum as well as representing claimants in industrial disease matters.
