I am a Legal Director with over 15 years’ experience in advising on dispute resolution. I specialise in construction and engineering disputes and act for a range of clients in the private and public sector, including employers, developers, contractors, retailers, local authorities, healthcare bodies and educational institutions.
I advise on a range of issues, including payment disputes, design and workmanship defects, delay and disruption claims, as well as termination challenges. I am regularly involved in all forms of dispute resolution such as court proceedings, adjudication, and mediation, although my focus is always on managing risk and finding pragmatic methods of resolving disputes.
