I am an experienced employment lawyer acting predominately for employers across a number of the Firm’s key market areas. I specialise in complex employment tribunal litigation and advisory work. I have also advised on corporate transactions. Before joining Bevan Brittan, I worked at an international law firm in London.
I have advised clients on key issues including managing long-term sickness, grievances, exiting senior employees, settlement and service agreements and changing terms of conditions of employment. In my career, I have experience of working with both UK and international clients, in a variety of public and private sectors.
I act regularly for clients in employment tribunal litigation claims for discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and unlawful deductions from wages.
