• I advise on all employment law and HR matters and regulation. I support clients through a wide range of issues such as providing contracts, handbooks and training; advising on employment issues such as long-term sickness, discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE transfers and immigration; and, where it cannot otherwise be avoided, guiding clients through the court processes and representing at Tribunal.

    I work with clients both in the private and public sectors. Having worked not only in legal practices but also within private healthcare and the NHS, I have gained practical insight into the effect of employment law issues in healthcare at ground level. I offer pragmatic and empathetic solutions to help my clients achieve their best possible outcome.
