I am a commercial lawyer and support public and private sector clients to deliver high value and complex projects, including PFI and PPP projects. On such projects, I also advise clients in respect of operational aspects which can arise during the projects’ term and in the lead up to expiry of such long term projects.
I have experience in public procurement and have assisted on a number of different procurement exercises in some of the following sectors; health, education, social care, transport and sustainability projects; EV charging, retro-fitting and urban regeneration.
I have trained and worked in local government and understand public sector client needs as well as the importance of providing politically sensitive practical advice.
Prior to working at Bevan Brittan I routinely advised and drafted on a range of commercial contracts such as telephony, SaaS and other cloud contracts as well as standard T&Cs, confidentiality agreements membership and scholarship agreements. I have also provided advice in relation to data protection, in particular cross-border transfer arrangements such as the use of SCCs and intellectual property. I have experience in assisting corporate transactions and participating in due diligence exercises.
My range of experience and having worked with both public sector and private sector clients allows me to take a holistic approach when considering risk and providing practical advice and solutions.
