I am an experienced employment and business immigration lawyer with more than a decade working in both areas. As an employment lawyer, my main focus was initially litigation advising mainly employer clients on complex claims such as discrimination and whistleblowing. For the last eight years, I have also built my experience advising on strategic and general day to day HR issues including policies and procedures, disciplinary, redundancy and sickness absence processes. As an immigration lawyer, I advise employers on sponsoring workers as well as all areas of work and high net worth (investment and high potential) visas from the initial application to ensuring ongoing compliance. I can advise on dual employment and immigration issues in M & A transactions.

In my previous firm I co-lead the business immigration team building strong networks with firms internationally to project lead on cross border issues in both immigration and employment law.
