I am a planning & highways lawyer and I have worked in both local government and private practice. I have experience in contentious and non-contentious planning & highway matters such as defending judicial review claims on behalf of the local authority, advising on contentious highway extent disputed, negotiating infrastructure agreements; advising on development control and planning enforcement. My special areas of interest are advising on the HRA implications of a development as well as advising on how to deliver biodiversity net gain.
My clients include local authorities, residential housing providers and NHS trusts.
