I am a commercial lawyer specialising in projects related to housing, regeneration, infrastructure and delivery of public services. My main focus is advising public and private sector bodies in the housing and regeneration market. My work includes advisory and transactional work and covers a broad range of development, commercial, corporate, procurement and public law matters. I also lead the firm’s Subsidy Control team that supports public and private sector clients on the full range of advisory, transactional and contentious matters.
I work across a number of markets - including social care, health and justice - with a particular focus on housing and regeneration work.
On the transactional side I have a particular focus on public/private and public/public partnerships, whether it be supporting bidders and public bodies on competed opportunities or the structuring and implementation of direct deals. Advisory work includes supporting local authorities on appropriate structuring of housing activity/funding and registered providers on corporate and governance matters.
