I am a healthcare lawyer and have a background in acting for medical professionals and organisations across a wide range of areas including clinical negligence claims, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings and inquests. In addition, I routinely advise on various medico-legal issues, such as data protection, confidentiality and consent. I am able to utilise my experience and knowledge of medical law in order to analyse and distil down complex problems, providing practical advice and support to my clients.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I worked as a senior in-house lawyer for one of the main medical defence organisations in the UK.

Susan Trigg has been absolutely excellent. She is clever, well-prepared, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with too.
